• The romanian presidential plane a Boeing 707-3K1C was operated by Romavia. Two days before an official presidential mission to Beijing the aircraft was test flown out of burcharest-otopeni airport. Upon landing the aircraft touch down hard on left wing at low altitude. The engines 1 and 2 struck runway and a fire broker out near engine 1. Plane bouced to 30-40 m before landing again engine power was brought to idle and the left wing outboard of engine 1 broker off. Direcțional control was list and plane veer off sharply to the left near taxiway D. It ran into grass and stopped. The crew immediatly evacuate plane on right hand side of the plane.
