  This plane made a belly landing in 1986 at Islambad airport due to pilot error.

  However plane was repaired and put back into service it was bought by Evergreen Aircraft Sales & Leasing Company in 2005 and then sold to Baltia in 2010 , end up scrapped in 2012.
